In this class, you will learn and practice Conscious Movement and Bodywork Skills:

• Assessing structural alignment of movement & posture and its effects
• Coaching conscious body-mind movement, mechanics, energetics, and Self-awareness
• Neuro-myofascial Bodywork that releases pain, realigns structure and movement
• Plus Off table Bodywork done in Gravity for more Dynamic results This is an experiential workshop.
• You will learn, as well as give and receive 2 sessions of synergized conscious movement and bodywork.
